ProstaVive is currently available for shipping within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our US-based fulfillment center.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Once your ProstaVive order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

If your ProstaVive order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement shipment or refund.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@mediprimes.us. We can only update addresses if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
